Let me know if there is anything I need to change or add more to. Looking forward to playing with everyone.
Character Name:
Rei Oyama (Rei)
Age:
20 (physically), 50 (mentally)
Species:
Human
Gender:
M
Alignment:
Chaotic Good
Autobiography:
Rei being the simple good individual that he was, was killed in action in a fight against the Servants of Baal. His home planet was located quite a distance from the more densely populated regions of space, and as a result communications with the rest of the galaxy were slow. When the SOB arrived at his homeworld the battle ensued for only a few hours before the SOB glassed the planet's surface. Millions died, and those that didn't would live through a post apocalyptic hell. Rei was one of these survivors who lived for around three decades before succumbing to irradiation sickness. Having had his genome mutate from radiation, Rei ceased to physically age. His psyche, however wasn't as lucky.
Before the attack, his homeworld was a Oceanic planet dotted with many small islands and a few super-islands (not quite continents). The culture of the planet had a strong spiritual background, following the idea that "life is precious, freedom is divine". Having watched life collapse in on itself Rei left his happy go lucky personality behind and replaced it with a radical idealism. Knowledge was power in the wasteland. As such Rei held on to any functioning data regarding technology he could find, and as such came to practice medicine and put together "scrap" tech in his free time. As time went on and Rei aged mentally, the realization that his body might falter became a reality when his motor functions slowly began to degrade. He scrambled to reestablish connection to the Galactic Net that may or may not exist anymore hoping that he may be resurrected. Whether the device succeeded in transmitting data or not was unknown as it was a crude construction, and Rei died not knowing if he would ever see the universe again.
Initial Plans:
Establish my character's presence
Eventually try and get involved in the universe in some manner (economically or politically)
