Character Name:
Peter Panpiper (Panpiper)
Age:
56
Species:
Human
Gender:
M
Alignment:
Chaotic Good
Autobiography:
Peter's best theory as to how he died was that it was an assassin's bullet to the head, as that would neatly account for both his total lack of memory as to what lead up to it, and the general murkiness of his memory beyond that. He'd been far too unappreciative of the authority figures that had used and abused his services for too long, for them to ever just let him walk away. It is one thing to excel at the creation of engines of war when they are used only to defend freedom, to protect the innocent. It is entirely another matter to have one's industry bent toward the goal of conquest, imperium and the enslavement of others.
For too long has Peter toiled for the gain of others. He suffers now a cynicism towards authority born from long and hard experience. A cynic however is nothing if not a frustrated idealist, and the cynicism is as much a measure of the extent of the ideals. As much as he might shun the authority of traditional militaries that can so easily be twisted towards less than their honor might hope, he is every bit as likely to leap to the defense of the innocent as any loyalist military.
Initial Plans:
Build and operate a stealthy miner, accumulate resources to upgrade, carve out a home sector, build a defensible base and ultimately, build a fleet of (insured) warships capable of more than adequately defending humanity.
Link to any requested materials:
I ask only for sufficient starting resources to build a basic mining vessel. Ideally I could start with a cloaking device and extra power modules, but I can mine for those resources (hoping that spawn is relatively secure).
