There are now both intact, and badly damaged sentinel artifacts around...

What steps can be taken to get one of these back operating. I don't mean take ownership, but can we do something like leave resources for them to repair themselves?
Having sentinel spires around is a great benefit, and if we could build them back up, it would add to the value of a system.
